USA Funds® is a nonprofit organization that has worked since 1960 to enhance students' preparation for, access to and success in higher education. Many families—particularly lower-income families with no previous college experience—are discouraged from sending their children to college because they don't have access to realistic estimates of college costs and their eligibility for student financial aid. Moreover, selecting the right higher education program is critical to the success of these students.
